This is a really interesting spot on the way to Cold Spring. Old manor and greenhouse that I think burned down. The ruins are absolutely worth the hike.

Fairs, Festivals and Carnivals.
With this post begins a new project, one that may have started when I was only a kid. I have been obsessed with the lights, the energy, and the lifestyle of carnivals for as long as I can remember. Now, as an adult, I am still fascinated. Although some of the raw excitement has faded, I remain captivated by these traditions and over the course of the season plan on exploring this nostalgic pastime photographically.
Cold Spring
The images in this entry were taken in Cold Spring, NY, where I encountered an abundance of beautiful ivy-covered buildings in the village. The leaves are beginning to change into their autumnal golds and reds and are absolutely mesmerizing!
