Analog Diary:

Analog Diary is a curation of images captured on film. It is a blend of both current works and those from my archives. These are the experiments that often inspire a new body of work through the exploration of themes and play. I hope you will enjoy seeing behind the scenes. Cheers!

Asbury Park, NJ - Through the lenses of a PopCam

July 18, 2019

In late June I visited Asbury Park, NJ, with my PopCam in tow, to celebrate my birthday! What’s a PopCam? It is a small, plastic, toy camera, with four lenses. Each lens has a colored filter - cyan, magenta, yellow, and green. Over the course of one second, it photographs an image through each lens onto the same piece of film (In this case, expired Kodak 35mm). So glad to have had this wacky camera with me in this great, totally kitschy, place!
